At the San Remo Hotel-Motel we use the freshest local produce available. We source our fish from local fishermen operating out of San Remo, our beef is local to Gippsland and our mushrooms are picked from the Dalyston area. Our vegetables are the best, freshest, local, seasonal vegetables available and our sauces are all made in house by our chefs.
